By initiating a transaction, you agree to pay all fees associated with your usage. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. SecureSealer reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
SecureSealer may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureSealer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SecureSealer is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
